Multi-session personal and professional development courses designed to help you further explore and master the Montessori method.

Observation Principles

In your career, you will run across children that seem to defy understanding. However, it is your calling and responsibility to seek that understanding and help the child forward on his path to development. Observation will be the key methodology that you will use on this quest. In this session, we will learn how observation is at the heart of the Montessori pedagogy and how it can be used to troubleshoot many individual issues that will arise in your classroom daily.

Visible Classroom Training

Visible Classroom is an impactful self-reflective professional development and program quality tool that uses classroom cameras to allow Guides to film their own classrooms without disrupting the student experience. This series of trainings and ongoing support will help school leaders and guides get started with using the system.

Collaborating with Adults in the Montessori Classroom

Positive, efficient communication between the adults in a classroom is a critical element of the Prepared Environment. Without successful communication, we cannot do our work. We will discuss common obstacles to building trusting relationships with our coworkers and how to build harmony and a unified approach.
