Onward

Onward is a peer-support program that allows guides who are new to their craft or working to overcome a particular challenge to meet with a fellow network guide, trained in the art of mentorship. Drawing from their wisdom and experience, the mentor will help problem-solve classroom situations, dynamics and needs over a series of focused sessions with targeted goals, in either Study Groups or Child Studies
